Often your insurance website will have a function to search for specific providers based on your needs. These will be in-network, meaning your insurance will cover some or all of the cost. Calling your insurance company or looking at your plan on their website, will allow you to see how much of the cost is covered.  

CBT workbooks: Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most common treatments for anxiety and depression and is often used for PTSD, sleep disorders, and eating disorders.

DBT workbooks

Dialectical behavior therapy is useful for establishing emotional regulation and distress tolerance. It can be useful for those with borderline personality disorder. It is also sometimes used to treat bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety, among other disorders. For a host of reasons, DBT is often even more inaccessible than CBT. There are some public classes that teach DBT in a structured way if you aren’t able to access one-on-one therapy.
